Qualifications
- Preferably with at least 6 months of CSR (Healthcare Account-Insurance) experience
- Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
- Average Typing Speed of 45-50 WPM
- Excellent and able to Multi-task on the following: Answering email inquiries, Able to do Inbound Calls, Able to do Outbound Calls for Callbacks
- Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
- Team player and able to work with less supervision
- Knowledge using Microsoft Excel Files
- Good problem solver & has a Positive attitude
- Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Well-organized, Responsible, and Initiative
- Independent with positive work ethic and passion to succeed
- Willing to start immediately
- Manage incoming calls from policyholders regarding insurance claims, coverage, and benefits.
- Respond promptly to emails and inquiries through various communication channels, including chat, social media, and email.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders to resolve complex claims and issues.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about insurance policies, benefits, and coverage to policyholders.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to insurance support services.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as claims processing and underwriting, to provide a seamless customer experience
