Role

In this role, your mission is to ensure seamless, high-quality support for clients and internal teams. You will make a direct impact by:

  • Providing friendly and accurate assistance via email and other platforms
  • Collaborating with the onshore support team to resolve tickets efficiently
  • Maintaining precise data entry while preparing to handle voice-based support as needed


This Role Is for You If…

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment


Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication


Non-Negotiables

  • Night shift availability
  • Onsite reporting to IT Park, Cebu City
  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced settings


Bonus Points

  • Experience in both email and voice-based customer service
  • Prior experience with U.S.-based clients or teams
