Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues as needed.
- Order Processing:
- Proper endorsement to other departments concerns sales/ordering.
- Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions
- Collaborate with the technical support team (Jira) to resolve complex problems.
- Communication:
- Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, colleagues, and other departments.
- Customer Education:
- Educate customers about product features, usage, and best practices.
- Assist in developing and updating customer support knowledge base.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to share information and improve overall customer service.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
MIN YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- 1 years BPO Call center Experience
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills & Problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Cheerful outlook and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- College graduate
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Able to work onsite
