As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide the first line of assistance to customers calling in regarding their inquiries, concerns, and queries regarding the product in a professional and engaging manner
- Resolve general customer inquiries on basic product and service questions within the acceptable service level standard
- Proactively educate the customer on products and promotions
- Maintain/accomplish the customer database or support documentation as required
Non-negotiables
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in customer service is preferred, but we will consider fresh graduates who possess the following personality traits: Fast Learner. Able to grasp basic tech concepts. Good conversationalist.
- Prior CSR experience
