As a Customer Service Associate, you will assist customers through phone, email, and chat while ensuring excellent service and accurate documentation. This role is perfect for those looking to build a long-term career in a stable and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, orders, and deliveries
• Record customer interactions in the CRM system
• Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues
• Coordinate with internal departments to address and resolve concerns
• Track pending cases and escalate when necessary
  
  

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates; no prior experience required
• Must have completed Senior High School (Grade 12) or higher
• At least 6 months of customer service experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Communication skills in English and Filipino
