As a CSR, you'll be the first friendly voice clients hear when they call us. You'll manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide timely, helpful communication to homeowners. In addition, you'll handle proactive outreach to potential clients, follow up on leads, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks. This is a critical role that helps us maintain our reputation for reliability and responsiveness.

As a CSR, you'll be the first friendly voice clients hear when they call us. You'll manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide timely, helpful communication to homeowners. In addition, you'll handle proactive outreach to potential clients, follow up on leads, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks. This is a critical role that helps us maintain our reputation for reliability and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from ads, clients, and referrals with professionalism and care.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, past leads, and existing customers for follow-up.
- Prioritize speed to lead, ensuring quick, consistent communication with every inquiry.
- Build, maintain, and track call lists for outreach campaigns.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales and project teams.
- Enter and update customer information in our system to keep data current.
- Support the team with occasional administrative and client service tasks.
- 2 or more years of customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; clear, friendly, and professional phone manner is a must.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with technology, including CRM systems and spreadsheets.
- Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced workload.
- A positive, problem-solving attitude with a genuine desire to help people.
- Full time position
- Hourly Rate at $6 to $8 per hour, based on experience.
