In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a positive, professional experience. You'll provide fast and accurate resolutions, with a focus on one-contact solutions, and always think ahead to anticipate customer needs before they escalate. You'll maintain clear and accurate documentation of every interaction while working in a collaborative team environment that values insight-sharing and mutual support.

What you will do as a Customer Service Representative

  • Be punctual and dependable—arrive on time for all scheduled shifts, breaks, and lunches.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with ClearSource standards:

  • Accuracy – Ensure information is correct by strictly following established procedures.

  • Ease – Aim for one-contact resolution, making interactions efficient and saving customers time.

  • Address member and provider concerns promptly, with urgency, empathy, and professionalism.

  • Ask thoughtful, targeted questions to fully understand customer needs and issues.

  • Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.

  • Adhere to protocols and company policies, and follow guidance from leadership and clients.

  • Work collaboratively with fellow Customer Service Representatives, internal teams, and client contacts to resolve concerns efficiently.

  • Use all tools and resources effectively to support quality service delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Must have at least college-level education.

  • At least 6 months of BPO experience, with a focus on Customer Service.

  • Experience in a nonvoice role is required.

  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.

  • Keen attention to detail.

  • Must have an average typing speed.

  • Willing to work graveyard shifts and/or on a split rest day schedule.
