Position: Customer Service - Onboarding
Location: Global One, Eastwood, Libis, QC, Philippines

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Onboarding Managers to set up client accounts efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with menu creation, formatting, and corrections based on client input.
- Source, crop, and upload images for menu items as needed.
- Set up delivery zones using mapping tools and client specifications.
- Input and manage supplier product information.
- Ensure accurate entry of IDs and other key data across multiple systems.
- Follow established procedures to ensure consistency and quality of deployments.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and
- Describe the qualifications the staff must have in terms of skills and capabilities (both written and verbal) are essential.
- 3–5 years of experience in a BPO or Virtual Assistant role is highly desirable.
- Prior experience supporting North American clients is preferred.
- Strong background in administrative support or customer onboarding roles is an asset.
- College or university degree is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines
