Customer Service Representative

Location and Workplace: Onsite work set-up

Shift Schedule: Night Shift, Monday-Friday 9 PM to 6 AM

Salary: PHP 30,000

GoTeam is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while effectively selling our products to potential customers. As a Customer Service Representative for Sales, you will be the first point of contact for customers, so strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential.

Tasks

• Address customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Manage all sales transactions with customers while complying with company policies and procedures.
• Stay up to date with product information and continuously improve product knowledge.
• Actively seek out customers in-store and provide them with detailed information on our products.
• Achieve established goals and exceed sales targets.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat support.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed customer information.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective customer resolution.
• Meet or exceed customer service expectations and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
