The CSR will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, providing product/services information, resolving any emerging issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. - Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
