The Role

Booking, logging jobs in SimPRO (CRM), Document Control Review and submission of documents into Customer Portal and data entry.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Commitment to client’s policies and procedures
  • Outbound calls to Customers, booking in jobs and confirming attendances with customers by phone or email.
  • Updating Master schedules and emailing confirmations
  • Communicate regularly throughout the day the Customer Care Team
  • Logging of Jobs in SimPRO & Updating SimPRO
  • Document control for test results
  • Prepare for Invoicing
  • Costing jobs in Customer Portals
  • Any other tasks necessary to facilitate smooth operations

Skills

  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Organised, reliable, with thorough attention to detail.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with intuitive grasp of commercial realities.
  • Proficient at operating MS Office Suite.
  • At least 3 years of experience as customer service representative.
