Has a passion for delivering a personalized and caring experience, anticipates and resolves client concerns with the goal of exceeding expectations, no matter how large or small the request.
Duties And Responsibilities
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Operate in a professional, fast-paced environment that demands accuracy, multitasking, and effective communication to resolve issues efficiently.
- Engage with customers and thoroughly understand their needs and provide comprehensive solutions on the first interaction.
- Actively listen to, assess, and address customers’ concerns by offering tailored solutions through calls, email, chat and sms.
- Learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Engage with customers – begin a conversation, anticipate what questions a customers will have, actively share information using plain language, build rapport, and handle objections.
- Collaborative and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Displays passion, integrity, commitment, and drive to deliver a positive, differentiated service that improves our clients’ purchase experiences.
- Has a commitment to excellent attendance with proven reliability and can adhere to the agreed-upon work schedule.
- Has a dependable team-player attitude with an understanding that calls must be handled immediately.
- Has the ability to engage with customers – begin a conversation, anticipate what questions a customers will have, actively share information using plain language, build rapport, and handle objections.
- Is comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
- Amenable to working in any setup and flexible working 10:00AM - 6:00PM European Time (Sat and Sunday OFF)
- At least 2 years in college or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in a Customer Service role
- Cosmetic/Skin Care background is preferred
