As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a diverse team committed to providing outstanding service to our customers.

What will you do?

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and raise priority issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure flawless service delivery.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new customer service procedures and policies.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge.

How will you get there?

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
