Work Schedule: Night shift (9-6, 10-7, 11-8, 12-9, 1-10, 2-11, 3-12)

Salary: Up to PHP 35,000 Monthly + 10% Night Differential

Signing Bonus: PHP 30,000 (conditions apply)

Performance Incentives: Up to PHP 56,000

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at GOTEAM. This role focuses exclusively on providing exceptional support to our customers for a leading US Telco account. The ideal candidate will proactively identify and address customer needs while ensuring an outstanding service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deeply engage with customers to fully grasp their concerns and foster a strong connection, ensuring they feel recognized and valued.
• Prepare tailored responses to customer inquiries by utilizing established scripts and procedures relevant to their specific needs.
• Uncover solutions by leveraging available tools and resources to effectively address and resolve customer challenges.
• Educate customers on their existing plans, products, and services, ensuring they possess the necessary information.
• Spotlight and recommend new solutions by proposing products and services that effectively cater to the customer’s requirements.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Alternatively, at least 6 months of experience in a BPO setting, preferably in a Telco account.
• Competence in using tools such as Excel and Outlook is preferred.
