  • Ability to communicate with customers in English
  • Able to multi-task
  • Ability to actively listen and type at the same time
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Above average English comprehension
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Polite and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work the graveyard shift

Your Job Responsibilities

  • Handle either customer calls and emails or chats and sometimes a combination of all using excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pay attention to detail and always try your best
  • Make every call, email or chat the highlight of the customer or patients’ day
  • Provide assistance as needed across your account’s teams
  • Complete other customer support-related projects as assigned
  • Be nice to the customer or patient and help resolve their needs
  • Have fun and be a good team player
