Things we’re looking for in terms of more specific skillsets and experience:

- Able to work fulltime
- Ability to communicate with customers in English
- Able to multi-task
- Ability to actively listen and type at the same time
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Above average English comprehension
- Pays attention to detail
- Polite and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work the graveyard shift
- Handle either customer calls and emails or chats and sometimes a combination of all using excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pay attention to detail and always try your best
- Make every call, email or chat the highlight of the customer or patients’ day
- Provide assistance as needed across your account’s teams
- Complete other customer support-related projects as assigned
- Be nice to the customer or patient and help resolve their needs
- Have fun and be a good team player
