This position will contribute to a renowned US-based industry leader in the healthcare sector, dedicated to delivering exceptional services to businesses nationwide.
This is a full time, onsite position with office located in IT Park, Cebu City
Night shift from 10PM-7AM, PH Time.
Base salary is at P35,000+10% Night shift differential pay + Bonuses
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Organizing and monitoring employee and local partner clinic activities
- Observing client's guidelines and protocols for appointments and medical records
- Staying updated on changes to client's master protocol
- Promptly responding to inquiries from employees, clients, and/or CEO
- Maintaining confidential medical records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Coordinating services and resolving operational problems
- Cultivating a culture of exceptional customer service
- Scheduling appointments and updating employee records
- Assisting in expanding business operations
Skills And Qualifications:
- Open to recent graduates and college undergraduates with relevant work experience; preference given to those with OJT experience
- Requires at least 6 months of relevant experience; while experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is helpful, it's not mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams is necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
- Must be computer literate with above-average typing speed and capable of multitasking under pressure while remaining composed
