Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Onboarding Managers to set up client accounts efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with menu creation, formatting, and corrections based on client input.
• Source, crop, and upload images for menu items as needed.
• Set up delivery zones using mapping tools and client specifications.
• Input and manage supplier product information.
• Ensure accurate entry of IDs and other key data across multiple systems.
• Follow established procedures to ensure consistency and quality of deployments.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and

• 3–5 years of experience in a BPO or Virtual Assistant role is highly desirable.
• Prior experience supporting North American clients is preferred.
• Strong background in administrative support or customer onboarding roles is an asset.
• College or university degree is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines
