Primary Responsibilities


Leadership: Manage and motivate the outsourced customer service team, recognize and reward performance, coach team members, and ensure alignment with service standards.

Business Knowledge: Possesses extensive knowledge in their field; understands business dynamics and provides credible advice.

Communication: Communicates effectively, listens, comprehends, and provides accurate information and feedback both orally and in writing.

Problem Solving/Decision Making: Applies strong analytical skills to explore alternative solutions; confidently makes decisions.

Customer Focus: Prioritizes delivering high-quality service to both internal and external customers; acts proactively and takes initiative.

Credibility/Integrity: Upholds honesty, trustworthiness, and commitment in all transactions. Emotional Fortitude: Collaborates well with colleagues and works effectively in partnership with others.



What You Need to Succeed in This Role


  • Bachelor's Degree or a 4-Year Course Graduate in any field.
  • 5 years of experience, preferably in Customer Service within the banking industry.
  • Over 5 years of experience managing outsourcing teams.
  • Proven track record in leading teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills to balance day-to-day demands with strategic projects.
