As a CUSTOMER SERVICE - INTERNAL SUPPORT AGENT (Omega), you will:
- Complete quotations and enter orders;
- Simple plan readings;
- Respond to Web requests;
- Work closely with the engineering and logistics team;
- Support our in-house representatives and Omega manufacturing agents.
- Check order status at customers' request;
- Project follow-up;
- Work closely with all departments;
- Participate in team meetings.
Non-negotiables
- Office 365 Suite - Mandatory
- Customer service oriented
- Like numeracy and be able to calculate
- Reading of simple plans (an asset)
- Minimum two years' experience in office work or customer service.
- Organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Excellent memory
- Autonomy
