We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service representative to join our dynamic team in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. As a Customer Service for Telecommunications Account, you will be responsible for providing excellent support and resolving inquiries for our clients' customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Answering inbound calls from customers and addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Assisting customers with navigating our clients' products and services, and troubleshooting any issues they may be experiencing
Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in our systems
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department for resolution
Adhering to our clients' service level agreements and quality standards
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide solutions to customers
Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
A pleasant and professional demeanour, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Fluency in both English and Tagalog
