We're seeking a talented and driven Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Cebu Central Visayas. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our retail clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
What You'll Be Doing
Handling inbound customer calls and responding to customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, while providing a positive and empathetic customer experience
Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the enhancement of customer service
What We're Looking For
With 6 months customer service or call centre environment is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Proficiency in using computer systems and software
A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
