We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued retail clients through a blend of voice and non-voice interactions.

What you'll be doing

Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

Provide timely and accurate information to customers, addressing their questions and concerns efficiently

Process customer orders, returns, and other transactions with attention to detail

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with products, services, and best practices

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even during challenging interactions

Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively

Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the retail industry
