Customer Service for High Prio Banking

In this full-time role based in Cebu City, Cebu, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their banking needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about banking products and services
• Process customer transactions and requests in a timely and accurate manner

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
