We are seeking a talented Customer Service professional to join our growing team. This full-time, work from home role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our healthcare clients based in Cebu, Central Visayas. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a variety of inquiries and ensuring a positive brand experience.

What you'll be doing

Answering inbound customer calls and responding to emails and messages in a timely and professional manner

Resolving customer queries and complaints effectively, providing excellent customer service

Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records

Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and processes

Supporting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

Atleast HS/SHS Graduate + 6months BPO experience

2 hrs away from CEBU J CENTER

30 mbps internet connection

Conducive working area

PC provided
