Location / Shift Angeles Office, Mid Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description As a Customer Services Executive, you will play a pivotal role in processing sales orders and assisting in the preparation of quotes for our clients and possibly also answering client calls from engineers. A certain amount of your role will also be to do reports on a daily and weekly basis. Qualifications

• Proven Experience in using Sage line 50 is not essential but helpful
• Familiar with CRM like Hubspot or similar
• Tertiary qualification in sales or business (desired, not essential)
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 programs
• Strong organizational skills with high level of attention to detail
• Relationship management
