Position Summary:

This role will support the wider customer service team along with EA support to senior managers in the

business. This role includes providing high-level administrative assistance to executives, ensuring efficient

customer service operations. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask,

and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter sales orders into NetSuite that come in from customers via email.
  • Approve sales orders in NetSuite that come via Opmetrix (online ordering tool)
  • Approve general Furtex sales orders in NetSuite that come via Shopify (online store)
  • Approve Baya sales orders in NetSuite that come via Shopify (online store)
  • Approve sales orders in NetSuite that come through EDI (SPS Commerce)
  • Reply to customer enquiries where applicable
  • Enter notes in Hubspot for sales team as required.
  • Manage email boxes for senior managers.

Specific Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service, Executive Assistant or similar role for 3+ years.
  • Attention to detail and Ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Experience utilizing Software Tools, E-Commerce CRM and Sales Software (Opmetrix, NetSuite, Shopify)
  • Problem-solving and Analytical skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently.
  • Ability to work with a team.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work to Australasian Working Hours.
  • Willingness to work or relocate in the Angeles City Pampanga Office.
