Job Description:

About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate – Project Support, you will be responsible for supporting structured projects that require precision, documentation control, and cross-functional coordination. The role involves managing multiple deliverables, working with internal teams, and ensuring outputs meet defined quality and process standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality and accuracy of all work produced within assigned project support functions
  • Manage multiple concurrent tasks involving teams with technical and non-technical backgrounds
  • Review, understand, and work with structured plans, layouts, and documentation
  • Coordinate requirements with Project Management, Design, Estimation, Sales, and internal stakeholders
  • Support projects from initial request through revisions, approvals, purchase orders, and production stages
  • Prepare structured project plans, schedules, layouts, and related documentation as required
  • Create and maintain templates, schedules, databases, and supporting project records
  • Coordinate with installation or execution teams when operationally required
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer, project, and employee information
  • Comply with all internal policies, customer requirements, and operational procedures
  • Perform additional tasks aligned to business needs as assigned

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Completed higher secondary education or equivalent

Experience & Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable coordinating across departments and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a structured, work-from-office setting
