About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate – Project Support, you will be responsible for supporting structured projects that require precision, documentation control, and cross-functional coordination. The role involves managing multiple deliverables, working with internal teams, and ensuring outputs meet defined quality and process standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality and accuracy of all work produced within assigned project support functions
- Manage multiple concurrent tasks involving teams with technical and non-technical backgrounds
- Review, understand, and work with structured plans, layouts, and documentation
- Coordinate requirements with Project Management, Design, Estimation, Sales, and internal stakeholders
- Support projects from initial request through revisions, approvals, purchase orders, and production stages
- Prepare structured project plans, schedules, layouts, and related documentation as required
- Create and maintain templates, schedules, databases, and supporting project records
- Coordinate with installation or execution teams when operationally required
- Maintain confidentiality of customer, project, and employee information
- Comply with all internal policies, customer requirements, and operational procedures
- Perform additional tasks aligned to business needs as assigned
Job Requirements:
Education
Completed higher secondary education or equivalent
Experience & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable coordinating across departments and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a structured, work-from-office setting
