Acts as a liaison, providing product information and assists in resolving any emerging problems that our customers may encounter with accuracy and efficiency.

Customer Service Assistant
Acts as a liaison, providing product information and assists in resolving any emerging problems that our customers may encounter with accuracy and efficiency.
About The Job
- Answers non-standard inquiries about the products ordered, product offerings, and offers minimal technical assistance. (40%)
- Provides accurate, valid, and complete order information to customers. (30%)
- Communicates with customers regarding price discrepancies, shipping information, dates and lead times. (20%)
- Tracks product issues and identifies if trends exists, reports issues to manager. (10%)
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred
- Five to seven years of experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with SAP preferred
- High attention to detail
