Customer Service and Order Processing Representative (WFH)

This is job position requires for you to have at least 6 months of working for an E-commerce company and can work the night shift (PH time).

Do not apply if you only have experience working for any Telco or any other companies that is not related to E-commerce as we will automatically reject your application.

Experience in Shopify and creating UPS and FedEx Import labels is an advantage but not required

This is a work from home position, so a stable internet connection, laptop/computer and noise cancelling headset is required.

Customer Service Responsibilities List

• Manage/respond to emails and phone calls.
• Promote additional products and services.
• Process orders.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and quotas.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Going the “extra mile” to make a customer happy.
  
  

Requirements And Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
• Track personal accomplishments with customers and ask for public feedback.
• Shopify experience
• Familiarity with created UPS and FedEx shipping labels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

SALARY RANGE: PHP 35,000 - PHP 45.000
