Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Associate at Salmon, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our customers. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service via various communication channels. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
