Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Associate at Salmon, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our customers. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service via various communication channels. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

  • : Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manne

  • s.Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying problems and offering appropriate solution
  • s.Assist customers in navigating the Salmon mobile app and website, providing technical support when necessar
  • y.Process account requests such as loan applications, credit card queries, and transaction update
  • s.Collaborate with other departments, such as technical support, operations, and sales, to resolve complex issue
  • s.Record and log all customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy and tracking key metric
  • s.Stay up-to-date with company policies, products, and fintech industry trends to provide accurate information to customer
  • s.Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements to managemen
  • t.Meet performance targets, including customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution rate

  • : Education: Bachelor’s degree in any related field (business, finance, communication preferred
