Core Duties:

  • Managing customer inquiries and complaints: Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally, via phone, email, or in person.
  • Resolving customer issues: Identifying the root cause of customer problems and providing effective solutions within company guidelines and policies.
  • Providing excellent customer service: Delivering exceptional customer service experiences, building trust, and fostering positive relationships.
  • Communicating with customers: Maintaining clear and effective communication with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their inquiries or issues.
  • Gathering customer feedback: Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with other departments: Coordinating with other departments within the organization (e.g., sales, marketing, technical support) to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely resolutions.
  • Updating customer records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and information.
  • Training and mentoring: Providing training and guidance to new customer service representatives.
  • Contributing to process improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
