Job Summary

The Customer Relations Officer serves as the dealership’s goodwill ambassador, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales and service journey. This role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, managing feedback, and promoting loyalty through proactive communication and service recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom and service areas with professionalism and warmth
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and empathetically
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments to resolve customer issues
  • Monitor customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
  • Assist in organizing customer appreciation events and loyalty programs
  • Educate customers on dealership services, promotions, and policies
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback and recommend service improvements
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and dealership protocols

Qualifications

| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

| Experience | At least 1–2 years in customer service; automotive experience is a plus

| Communication Skills | Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Filipino

| Technical Skills | Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and dealership management systems

| Soft Skills | Empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and solution-focused

| Other Requirements | Professional appearance and demeanor; willing to work on weekends or holidays if needed |
