UCT is looking for a talented Customer Program Spec II to join us in Cebu!
Job Summary:
Manages and responsible for all Program Management functions for a Customer(s). The scope includes both commercial management and administration of existing business (does not include new sales,) as well as Customer facing and internal alignment activities.
The details of the duties and responsibilities are listed below. The Program Management Specailist will be responsible for day-to-day shipment quote support, item master, InMind for new parts and liaise with customer and internal for supporting NBD shipments to customers.
The reporting structure will be for each Program Management Specialist to report to the Program Management Manager. The level of the job will be determined as a function of the customer shipment volume, demand forecast and a number of customer accounts to be responsible for.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- POA (Product of Architecture)
- Review sub-level parts for pricing abnormality and work with cross-functional teams for validation
- Support the submission of finished-goods quotes timely before NBD shipments.
- Work closely with Program Management team for POA pricing readiness to support NBD shipments
- Partners with all functions to prioritize activities to meet KPIs, goals & objecitves
- Communicate and discuss with customer or SCM for any price change.
- Provide escalation notification to manager if price is derviated to normality.
- Quarterly pricing update due to ECO, sourcing adjustments, and supplier price change
- Item Master
- Provides monthly review on data accuracy in item master to ensure information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issue relating to pricing and change source of supply.
- Effectively monitors and work on customer request for quotes (RFQ)
- Provides escalation notification to manager if price validation is not satifiied with pricing or when unable to complete with update schedule
- Monthly pricing update due to ECO, source change, supplier price change
- Work closely with Program Management team for POA pricing readiness to support NBD shipments
- In-Mind
- Ensure timely In‑Mind submission for new parts following ECO implementation
- Work with material team to update OMAT (Obsolete Material) List and weekly submission to customer timely.
- Pricing Update/ Maintenance in SAP
- Upload the newly quoted price into SAP and update the relevant records when prices change
- Update pricing condition records in SAP whenever there is a price change
- Any other reason-able duty assigned by Manager / Supervisor.
- A track record of managing complex, analytics-focused programs effectively
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills
- Ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries
- Negotiating skills to optimize the outcome for UCT
- Strong planning and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Continuous improvement attitude; ability to suggest and implement best practices
- Self-starter with unquestionable integrity
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Builds relationships internally and externally to optimize positive results
- BA/BS degree in business administration, operations management strongly preferred
Work Experience:
- Four year college degree from an accredited institution.
- Four years Program Management or Business Management experience in a business-to-business transaction environment.
- Strong preference given to applicants skilled in Excel, Agile frameworks, and SAP.
