The Customer Insights Analyst role will be responsible for data management, data quality checks, survey administration, and managing client requests across the group. The role will also be responsible for creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards for LexisNexis customer and employee feedback programs as part of the Global Customer Insights team. Our program has high visibility throughout the organization and offers a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on both our customer and employee experience.
Global Customer Insights uses a variety of applications in their day-to-day activities, including Forsta, Power BI, Power Automate, and other BI tools. Training on Forsta, the survey and reporting platform, will be provided. Experience working with data and a willingness to learn new applications are critical for this role.

Accountabilities
- Supporting data management across LexisNexis feedback programs, including the global NPS (Net Promoter Score) program and RELX-wide Employee Opinion Survey
- Cleaning data files thoroughly and accurately in Excel, as well as uploading and downloading files from various systems throughout the business
- Implementing changes to existing customer and employee surveys in Forsta survey platform
- Creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards for customer and employee metrics
- Monitoring automated data-feeds for surveys and other operational data
- Responsible for implementing quality control programs and maintaining a high level of accuracy across the program
- Collaborating with US-based team members to define project requirements, timelines, and outcomes
- Providing accurate status reporting to supervisors and management
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Experience with Power BI and building dashboards
- Very high attention to detail is critical
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Advance Excel skills preferred; must be comfortable transforming large data files in Excel
- Willingness to learn new technology platforms, including Forsta
- Experience in survey research, data analytics, or customer insights (preferred)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JScript/ JavaScript, Python, or other coding or scripting language is a plus
- Strong oral and written skills in English
- Must be willing to work on UK/US schedule (roughly 4pm to 12pm PHT)
