Customer Inbound Sales Representative (Full-Time, Remote Work)

We’re now looking for a Customer Inbound Sales Representative to join our inbound sales team. This is a full-time, remote job opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries (emails, phone calls, and live chats via Zendesk) and serve clients from inquiry to sales stage
• Input and enhance lead information in the CRM
• Prepare and present quotes for client projects, collaborating with the design team as needed
• Engage directly with clients via phone calls to answer questions, provide suggestions, and offer creative solutions for different options
• Establish the best customer experience and increase the quote-to-sale conversion rate
• Understand our products thoroughly to provide creative solutions for custom projects
• Work collaboratively with the design and production teams to meet and surpass sales goals
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT/Gemini to refine communications and enhance client interactions
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and support, with a track record of achieving revenue targets
• Exceptional English communication skills (writing, speaking, and reading)
• Comfortable jumping on calls with clients; strong verbal English required
• Experience with Gmail/G Suite; experience with Zendesk preferred
• Strong mathematical skills (high school level) to understand and perform necessary calculations
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT/Gemini for refining communication
• Internet savvy, with a focus on eCommerce
• Attention to detail

• Good writing skills with a focus on crafting clear, compelling messages for clients.
• Ability to adapt communication style to various clients for platforms including email and phone calls.
• Experience in using AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini to assist in writing messages.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  
  

Work Schedule And Requirements

• 9:30 AM–6:30 PM PST (Manila time 12:30 AM–9:30 AM, Tuesday to Saturday)
• Remote position with access to reliable internet and communication tools.
