What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers via chat, email, SMS, or phone to answer inquiries about products, orders, returns, and more.
- Represent the brand’s tone, values, and personality in every customer interaction.
- Troubleshoot order concerns, process returns and exchanges, and follow up promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide product recommendations and clear information to support confident purchases.
- Document interactions and share insights to improve support and overall customer experience.
- Communicate customer trends and recurring concerns to internal teams to help refine support strategies.
- 1+ year experience in e-commerce customer service, client support, or online order assistance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — warm, clear, and professional.
- Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain empathy in high-volume environments.
- Comfort working independently and remotely.
