JOB SUMMARY
A Customer Experience Specialist will have a multifaceted role responsible for the design, documentation and improvement of organizational processes and policies in the Customer Experience field. This position is integral to fostering operation excellence, regulatory Customer Experience compliance, Loyalty Program Innovation, VIP Events assistance and coordination to maintain a robust framework for decision-making and communication within the company.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A Customer Experience Specialist will have a multifaceted role responsible for the design, documentation and improvement of organizational processes and policies in the Customer Experience field. This position is integral to fostering operation excellence, regulatory Customer Experience compliance, Loyalty Program Innovation, VIP Events assistance and coordination to maintain a robust framework for decision-making and communication within the company.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the team and various departments to analyze existing processes and recommend improvements.
- Implement processes, automation, and workflow optimizations to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Performs administrative tasks for the CX Team and supports VIP CX events, giveaway preparations of materials, and other back-end procedures.
- Collects CX event records for filing and archives, process finance-related tasks such as requesting for payments, doing purchase orders, and other related tasks.
- Manage the Elit portal and other CX initiated platforms in adherence to CX standards of the company.
- Assists with internal and external customer feedback by providing a well-documented report of comments and commendations.
- Keeps financial records for monthly reporting to the department head.
- Assists in publication of the monthly company bulletin.
- College graduate preferably with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or in Tourism or Hospitatliy Management.
- Experience in Customer Service facing position.
