Customer Development/Sales (CD) Capability & Workplace Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate the learning culture in Selecta Sales/CD team, direct & external partners.
• Land the training programs alongside with the development groups for function specific & external partners.
• Lead the programs for the total CD learning pathway
• Relaunch of the Hybrid Manifesto (Meetings & Messaging) & Wellbeing Programs
• Manage Sorbetero Portal & Service Desk
• Ensure to keep enablers to field & workplace up & running through a) Vendor management in the payment & pending actions to govern and b) Partner agencies management to ensure they keep up with their performance
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• With 1 to 2 years of work experience
• Willing to be based in Mangahan, Pasig
• Experience in training/teaching and certification programs
• Agile and self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Bias for action / results oriented
• Passion for excellence in performance
