Main responsibilities:

• Actively promotes and increases the adoption of Sanofi's products and services among a range of healthcare professionals, including hospital-based doctors, and pharmacists, ensuring the company's solutions are well-integrated into clinical practices.

• Establishes and nurtures strong, professional relationships with healthcare providers by understanding their needs, providing relevant solutions, and fostering trust and collaboration.

• Develops and implements strategies tailored to specific customer segments, leveraging market insights to drive brand awareness, improve market share, and achieve sales targets.

• Continuously updates knowledge on disease areas, product information, clinical trials, and competitor activities to effectively position Sanofi’s portfolio and provide value to healthcare professionals.

About you

• Experience: At least a year or 2 in marketing and sales industry

• Soft and technical skills: Soft Skills-communication skills, Relationship building, Adaptability and flexibility, Problem solving and critical thingking, time management. Technical Skills—Presentation skills, Product and Industry knowledge, Customer segmentation and targeting, Sales and Marketing Strategies, Regulatory compliance.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree

• Languages: Fluent in English and Tagalog
