We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations in our home service business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine care for customers and contribute positively to our team environment.

The Impact you’ll make

To provide exceptional customer service by managing schedules effectively and addressing customer needs with care and professionalism.

Tasks:

  • Schedule Management: Maintain calendars for department personnel and arrange meetings efficiently.
  • Coordination: Coordinate daily schedules to optimize workflow within the department.
  • Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries with a focus on providing helpful solutions.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to support the team and enhance operational efficiency.

Hard Requirements

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Availability to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1 PM to 7 PM CST.
  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the home service industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software or tools.
