Customer Care Specialist

Your Role

Join Our Customer Care Team and Deliver Customer Excellence! We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Customer Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention. You will work closely with the Key Account Manager, Operational Care Center (OCC), Revenue Care Center (RCC), and Finance to ensure smooth service execution and exceptional customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: Establish and strengthen operational relations with customer contacts through daily interactions, regular care visits, and proactive advice. Provide consultation and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inquiry and Quotation Management: Qualify customer inquiries and provide quotations within the expected service level.
• Customer Onboarding: Support customer onboarding in alignment with business unit working instructions. Ensure that the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is agreed upon and followed.
• Collaboration with Finance and RCC: Work with Finance and the Revenue Care Center (RCC) to ensure credit limits are aligned based on daily business developments. Support coordinated measures in case of challenges.
