Your Role

Support Camp Australia families with processing bookings, cancellations and other requests described as Customer Care.

As a Customer Care Associate, You Will

• Respond to inbound booking related phone calls from Camp Australia Customers
• Respond to booking related emails from Camp Australia Customers
• Responsible Processes:
• Process new bookings
• Process booking cancellations
• Process booking adjustments
• Respond to general enquiries from new and existing parents relating to bookings
• Support the adoption of the Parent Portal app by promoting app on all phone calls
• Respond to other customers’ requests and queries which are not limited to;
• Update account information
• Process payments and payment plans
• Assist with CCS queries
• Answer statement queries
• Do outbound calls as needed
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 2-3 years of experience in an inbound customer service role
• Excellent English Communication Skills to be able to engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  
  

Preferred skills/expertise

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Tools
