Join our team at Remote VA as a Customer Care and Dispute Resolution Specialist. In this unique role, you will utilize both voice and video communication via Zoom to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve disputes effectively. Your keen ability to connect with customers and solve their issues will be critical in maintaining strong customer relationships and enhancing our brand's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries from customers via Zoom, providing immediate assistance and support
  • Effectively resolve disputes and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers through video and voice
  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the system
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to gather information required for dispute resolution
  • Provide customers with clear and concise information about products and services
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer care and dispute resolution practices

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English with a very neutral accent
  • Strong experience in customer service and dispute resolution
  • Familiarity with Zoom or similar video conferencing tools for professional communication
  • Proficient typing skills and experience with CRM systems
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience while working with customers in conflict
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable being on camera during shift hours, maintaining a professional appearance and presence
