Curriculum Designer Key Responsibilities

Your core mission is to leverage AI-powered solutions to accelerate student mastery across all aspects of English and Language Arts. Success means helping students achieve twice the learning velocity in reading comprehension, writing proficiency, grammatical understanding, and literary analysis—all within our innovative 2 Hour Learning framework.

Basic Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related discipline
• Bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in ELA teaching or curriculum development, with proven success metrics
• Possess fundamental programming knowledge in any language
• Show practical experience with AI applications in educational contexts
• Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and data interpretation skills
• Excel in professional communication, particularly in explaining complex language concepts to diverse audiences

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
