About the role
Join the Nezda Technologies team in Cebu City as a full-time Customer Service Representative supporting travel, retail, and healthcare accounts. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and resolving queries in a timely and efficient manner.
What you'll be doing
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails across a range of industries including travel, retail, and healthcare
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues and queries with a positive and professional attitude
- Offer solutions and recommendations to enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
- SHS/College Graduates are welcome to apply ; with or without experience.
- Good to average communication skills
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Flexible and adaptable to handle changing priorities and workloads
- High school diploma or equivalent, with some prior customer service experience preferred
