- Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, benefits, and policy details.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive information.
- Create and manage customer accounts, including updating information and processing requests.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 02 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient-oriented approach to customer service.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Working Conditions: Must be available for flexible shifts to accommodate customer needs.
