Assist customers with claims processing and billing inquiries.
Resolve issues related to claims denials and rejections.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate billing information.
Handle escalated calls with professionalism and empathy.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare-related role.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and billing processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications relevant to claims processing.
