  • The Customer Support Representative/Implementation Officer is responsible for handling both existing and new client engagements.
  • This includes the implementation and training of LSTVIs proprietary software solutions, addressing client concerns, and providing after-sales technical support.
  • The role ensures client satisfaction through responsive support, timely implementation, and proper documentation of enhancements and customization requests.
  • Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Financial Management or any accounting-related course.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in software implementation, client support, or a similar role is a PLUS. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, remote access tools, and support ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willing to travel for on-site client training and support, if needed.
