Location / Shift Mabalacat Office, Night Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description The CSR we are looking for is mainly responsible for supporting our customers, primarily in order processing and handling enquiries. Other responsibilities include: Customer Services:

• In-bound customer enquiries
• Quote generation
• Order processing and shipping
• Customer communication as required
• Manage warranty requests
• Set up customer accounts on NetSuite ERP system
• Update NetSuite according to sales team requirements
• Manage pricing updates for customers
• Submit rep expense forms
• Manage inbound / outbound mail
• Book trade shows
• To process orders same day
• Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job and participate in appropriate training activities
• Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job, whether that be on-the-job training, in-house training or external training courses
• Undertake health and safety duties commensurate with the post and as detailed in the Company’s Health and Safety Policy
• Act as an ambassador of the Company and promote the company brand, always displaying a positive image to customers and members of the public

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
• Effective and confident telephone skills, with an excellent level of English
• Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team
• Ability to work over different time zones
• Excellent people skills
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office programs
• Proficiency with NetSuite ERP system is a plus
• Attention to detail, with good planning and organisational skills
• Drive and enthusiasm
• The potential to grow and develop in line with the business
• High degree of self-motivation, working remotely, interacting with UK team and US-based reps
• Ability to influence and engage with colleagues, peers, key customers and prospects
