About the role


As a Investigate Unit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels within our buy crypto product and services. You will be responsible for handling complicated inquiries from our customers via email, Lark, Telegram, and other channel systems. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the all the CS teams to provide feedback and improve workflow processes. Support will include but not limited to customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes.


What you'll do


  • Respond to backend escalated tickets promptly and professionally through email, Lark, Telegram, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with different teams to address customer feedback, improve processes, and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints, any special cases or ad hoc tasks.
  • Ensure that customer inquiries are addressed efficiently, and issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to provide informed responses to customer questions.
  • Work closely with other customer support specialists to share insights and best practices.
  • Assist in identifying and documenting common customer issues to help improve our products and services.


What you'll need


  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in investigation within a contact center, BPO, or Web3 customer support environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a dedication to providing exceptional support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Shift Hours: 5 working days on a rotational schedule
